Slow Sunday Yin Yoga

Slow Sunday Yin | A Morning Of Stillness and Deep Rest | Trimingham Hall North Norfolk
Sunday 15th November | 9.30-11am | £15 per person

Ease into your Sunday with a slow, nurturing Yin practice designed to calm the nervous system, release tension and create a little space to simply be.

In the peaceful surroundings of Trimingham Hall, we'll move through gentle, longer-held postures that encourage the body to soften, the mind to quieten and the breath to slow. A chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with yourself.

We'll close with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra, followed by an optional oracle card pull and a few sweet treats to ease you gently into the rest of your Sunday.

What you’ll experience

  • Slow, spacious Yin to gently release tension and encourage deep relaxation

  • Longer-held postures to support flexibility, mobility and a sense of ease

  • Mindful breathing to help settle the nervous system and quieten the mind

  • Yoga Nidra for deep rest and renewal

  • A peaceful Sunday morning atmosphere in the beautiful surroundings of Trimingham Hall

  • Optional oracle card pull & sweet treats to close our practice with a little intention
