Candlelit Yin | An Evening of Deep Rest | Aldborough Community Centre North Norfolk
Wednesday 25th November | 7pm-8.30pm | £15 per person
Suitable for absolute beginners
Step into the soft glow of candlelight for a slow, nurturing Yin practice designed to calm the nervous system and melt away the day. Expect longer-held postures that invite the body to release, the fascia to hydrate, and the mind to settle into stillness. We’ll close with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra, then gather together for an optional oracle card pull and a few sweet treats.

Longer holds to increase flexibility and support joint mobility
